City/CUPE Scholarship Learning Program
The Joint City/CUPE Scholarship Learning Program is a key feature of the Joint Education Fund open to all CUPE rated employees who have attained and maintain seniority. The main objective of the Scholarship Learning Program is to provide funding to help prepare CUPE members for the jobs and work of the future.
Individual employees are invited to
apply for financial assistance through the Joint City/CUPE Scholarship
Program. Educational opportunities which could benefit the City in the
future are considered for funding. Scholarship amounts range in amounts
of up to 1,000.

The Joint City/CUPE Scholarship Fund – window of opportunity!!
The Joint City/CUPE Scholarship Fund is now accepting applications for courses starting between July 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010. You must be a City of Winnipeg employee and a member of CUPE Local 500 who has attained and maintains CUPE seniority.
Deadline for applications: 4:30 pm on April 30, 2010
A Joint Scholarship Fund Committee will review the applications and notify all applicants of their decision the week of May 25, 2010.
