CUPE Local 500/City of Winnipeg - Bargaining Update #36 - No Deal Yet - Talks Continue

October 09, 2022 at 6:03 PM

Conciliation talks resumed today and are expected to continue tomorrow.

Our strike date remains in effect unless we are able to reach an agreement.

As talks continue, we will update you on any progress we make or if there are any new significant developments to report.

In the meantime, we wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the support you have given us. Your bargaining committee is committed to doing our utmost to bring you an acceptable offer and avoid withdrawing our services.
