CUPE Local 500/Winnipeg Convention Centre reach tentative agreement

A tentative contract agreement was reached between CUPE Local 500 and the Winnipeg Convention Centre. The Union’s Negotiating Committee is recommending that the members accept the tentative settlement.
Membership Meetings and Ratification Vote
All CUPE Local 500 members working at the Winnipeg Convention Centre are eligible to attend the information meeting and vote on the tentative settlement. During the meeting, the Union’s Negotiating Committee will explain the employer’s tentative settlement offer and answer your questions.
Meeting/Voting Dates
Wednesday, November 14, 2012
8:00 a.m. or 12:00 Noon or 4:30 p.m.
Room #17, Winnipeg Convention Centre, 375 York Avenue
