Honourary Life dinner

CUPE Local 500 held it's annual Honourary Life dinner on Friday, November 3, 2023.
The event was held at the RBC Winnipeg Convention Centre and was attended by current honourary life members.
CUPE 500 recognizes honorary life members for their outstanding activism and dedication to the Local over an extended period of time. Persons who have distinguished themselves by meritorious service to the Local may also be awarded.
Life membership can be awarded when the person is within five years of retirement or after retirement or termination of their employment.
This year, the Local paid tribute to honourary life member Nestor Nadolsky and cherished member of our CUPE family Marion Moist, who we sadly lost in 2023.
