Local 500 members featured in new TV ads to promote public services

Local 500 is rolling out three new TV ads on June 11 to promote public services and the important work that our members do to help build a better Winnipeg.
The ads feature a 311 Customer Service Representative, Library Service Assistant and a Skilled Labourer - Streets Division.
“We’re very pleased with the new ads and the role they will play in supporting our Positively Public Campaign,” said Mike Davidson, President of Local 500. “These are the real people who deliver public services day in and day out and they’re proud of the work they do for our City and our community,” he said.
The three 10-second TV ads will air on Citytv throughout the summer months.
